EMAIL FROM THE FAT LOSS 4 IDIOTS SERIES:

SUBJ: How big should your food portions be?

Hi {!firstname_fix}, I have a confession to make
later in this email...

But first someone asked me this today and it
reminded me that it's one of the most-asked diet
questions, right behind, "Do I have to count
calories?"

So let's talk about portions for just a minute.

Nutritionists and doctors like to trot out "daily
calorie guidelines."

This assumes every person has the same
metabolism.

But the truth is every person has a different
metabolism.

If you take two people that weigh 150 pounds, one
might have a metabolism that is twice as fast as
the other person's.

We all have different activity levels and
different amounts of stress in our life.

So isn't it time to follow an eating program that
finally reflects this?

Here's a little known secret about calories and
fat loss:

Your body doesn't burn calories on a "per day"
basis.

It burns calories on a "per meal" basis.

This is why you should eat all throughout the
day, not just three times per day.

And as for portions?

On this diet you eat until you are satisfied.

Sometimes that might mean you eat a large amount.

Sometimes might hardly eat anything.

And that's OK.

Your body isn't a machine and has different needs
each day.

How does that sound?

Now for my confession....

There's one thing about this diet that is hard to
do.

It's hard to keep up with all the eating!

You know you are on to a great diet when you say
to yourself, "Gee, it's time to eat AGAIN?" and
you're losing weight in the process.

Is this a problem you'd like to have?

And let me know how it goes. I'll be thrilled to
hear about your success.

To Your Good Health,

P. S. I'm told this ridiculously low price won't
last much longer so hurry on over: LINK

Subj: Better than a pair of X-ray specs

Hey FIRSTNAME,

When I was a kid I ordered a pair of those X-ray specs that were advertised in comic book ads. Remember those?

I couldn't wait until the package arrived and I tore into it when I saw it sitting on the counter one day after getting home from school.

I raced downstairs into the bathroom and closed the door and turned out the light. I put on the specs and lifted up my hand.

Sure enough, I could see the bones in my hand.

Or could I?

Further use of the X-Ray specs revealed it was just a crappy $1 piece of junk after all. The specs merely created the illusion of an X-ray.

It's a lot like that in affiliate marketing.

You do your due diligence and research a product.

From what you can tell it looks like a winner and that your market will want it.

But then it turns out to be like a $1 piece of junk that no one wants after all.

I've often wished I could literally X-Ray a Clickbank product with specs that would slice right through they hype and help me determine beforehand which ones will actually make money.

Well, guess what?

Now there's a way to do just that:
